Special circumstance submissions

Since the first of December 2022, we are now able to submit “special circumstance” submissions, by discretion of the case workers.

One such an example, would be a British Grandmother born in Ireland prior to 1922, England, Scotland and Wales, being part of your own British lineage and then affording you a British passport instead of an ancestral visa.
